  • Yes. Employees join with their phone number and a one-time code. They can use the Vypecorp app, receive posts on WhatsApp, or get must-read notices by SMS when they have no data. No company email is needed at any point.

  • Yes. Individual answers are never shown to anyone, including admins. Results appear only for groups of 5 or more people, and smaller groups are combined automatically. AI summaries describe themes, never who said what.

  • Yes. Write an announcement once and send it in English, Hindi and regional languages such as Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Bengali. Employees see posts in the language they chose, and you can review every translation before it goes out.

  • Yes. Employee lists, departments, locations, birthdays and joining dates sync from your HRMS through a scheduled file, SFTP or API, so new joiners are added and leavers are removed without manual work. Single sign-on is available on the All-hands plan.

  • Managers see pulse results and engagement trends for their own team when it has at least 5 respondents. They never see individual answers, and insights are designed for support conversations, not performance or disciplinary decisions.

  • Most companies send their first announcement on the same day. Upload your employee list, create channels for your sites and teams, choose languages and invite people. Larger rollouts with HRMS sync and single sign-on usually take one to two weeks.
